Director of Revenue Integrity

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive revenue integrity framework across all hospitals and ASCs

Collaborate with Managed Care to conduct enterprise-level contract performance analysis and optimize payor agreements

Create unified financial frameworks that support scalable, consistent practices across facilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field (Master's preferred)

7+ years of progressive experience in revenue integrity, reimbursement analysis, or revenue cycle leadership

Advanced knowledge of payer contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and financial performance reporting

Proficiency in Excel, contract modeling platforms, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Experience leading cross-facility initiatives and implementing automated solutions in healthcare settings
