Marketing Specialist

**Marketing Specialist, Bicycle & Motorcycle Braking Components** Join a leading manufacturer in the high-performance bicycle and motorcycle braking industry. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to execute our full marketing blueprint across the USA and Canada. This role involves planning, from creating product updates and sales strategies, to managing all external communication. You will run the brand's outward messaging by writing press releases, talking to industry media, and managing our local website and content for digital platforms. You will serve as the digital community manager, actively tracking forums for customer feedback and overseeing social media presence. A critical part of the role is planning and organizing the full schedule of industry trade shows and consumer events. Additionally, you will monitor our sports sponsorship programs, managing the budget and handling all logistics for material and product orders. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to execute a full marketing plan for an exciting, growing brand.

salary: $18 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Help create and run full marketing campaigns covering product updates, how we sell, and all customer communication (online, in-store displays, PR, and social media).
• Lead brand promotion through specific content, event attendance, and building relationships with industry influencers.

External Communications

• Manage our outward-facing messages: write local press releases, talk to specialized industry media, and track where our company is mentioned.
• Work with the Global Marketing team to update our local website and create content for newsletters and digital platforms.

Digital Community Management

• Act as the brand's voice online: manage our social media presence, track public forums for customer feedback, and respond to all company mentions.

Events and Sponsorships

• Plan and organize our schedule for attending trade shows and consumer events in the market.
• Manage our sports sponsorship program: monitor the budget, manage the activity of sponsored riders/teams, and handle all product/material orders and delivery logistics.
