In this teaching opportunity, your responsibilities include:

• Creating and delivering imaginative, age-appropriate lesson plans based on a balanced curriculum
• Promoting a positive atmosphere where children feel safe and supported as they grow
• Partnering with families to support each child’s distinct journey of development
• Collaborating with staff, leadership, and local communities to further goals around enrollment, family engagement, and achievement of accreditations
• Engaging with regulatory groups and internal teams to maintain and advance our standards of excellence in early education

We are looking for applicants who offer

• Excellent organizational skills and strong dedication to customer service
• A current state teaching license, or the willingness to pursue certification
• CPR and First Aid certification (or readiness to obtain it soon after joining)
• Ability to participate physically in classroom activities, which may involve lifting up to 40 pounds
• A sincere passion for delivering creative educational opportunities that captivate young learners
• Proficiency in English to ensure smooth and clear communication with both families and colleagues
