A leading Civil Construction Company is on the lookout for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing work site activities and providing exceptional leadership to foremen and teams. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site tasks such as scheduling, material management, and the daily direction of field personnel. Key Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record in Civil Construction.
• Oversee foremen, subcontractors, and equipment to successfully achieve project objectives.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to guarantee accurate execution of tasks.
• Demonstrate expertise in heavy civil work, including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, and excavation.
• Exhibit strong communication and organizational capabilities.
