About the position

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding AVA's property footprint in your designated territory. This includes building strong relationships with local leasing agents and property managers, and demonstrating the value of our services to their tenants.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and staff in your territory.
  • Plan and host dynamic sales events to drive growth and create excitement.
  • Thrive in an autonomous environment where you set and exceed your own targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
