ICM Consultant / Manager

Overview

In this role you apply sales planning and incentive compensation expertise on Anaplan and/or Varicent to help clients achieve top-line growth and profitability. You lead front-office sales transformations and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. You bring industry knowledge in financial services, technology, healthcare, or life sciences to design solutions and build business cases. You balance hands-on contribution with leadership, guiding client workshops and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Apply SPM expertise on Anaplan and/or Varicent to transform sales strategies
• Lead sales planning and incentive compensation transformation projects
• Manage management and solution-architect level client relationships
• Facilitate workshops and develop business recommendations
• Build business cases for SPM use cases
• Balance team leadership with hands-on contribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to drive outcomes

Key requirements

• 3+ years of SPM domain experience in sales transformations (planning and ICM)
• 2+ years in management or technology consulting with engagement leadership experience
• Industry knowledge in financial services, technology, healthcare and/or life sciences
• Experience in sales territory planning, capacity planning, quota planning, seller enablement, operating model design
• Experience with Anaplan or Varicent
• Experience delivering CRM, CPQ, Lead to Order, and sales transformation implementations (bonus)
• Experience with onshore and offshore delivery teams (bonus)
• Existing network in relevant industries (bonus)
• Familiarity with AI or GenAI (bonus)
