Junior Creative Content Specialist

We’re hiring a full-time, in-house Videographer / Content Producer with a strong focus on

YouTube and long-form video production. This role is ideal for someone who understands

how to plan, shoot, edit, and optimize long-form content, while also being able to repurpose

that content into short-form clips for social platforms.

Primary Responsibilities (YouTube / Long-Form Content)

● Film all long-form content / YouTube (episodes, features, educational,

behind-the-scenes)

● Organize footage, project files, and content archives.

Additional Responsibilities (Short-Form Content)

● Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and

YouTube Shorts

● Capture additional short-form content as needed to support weekly goals

● Stay current with short-form trends and platform best practices

What We’re Looking For

● Proven experience filming YouTube or long & short-form video content

● Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention

● Comfortable handling camera, lighting, and audio setups

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

● Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

● Portfolio or YouTube links of prior work

Bonus (Nice to Have)

● Experience with thumbnail design planning and YouTube SEO

● Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics

● Experience filming in real-world / on-location environments

● Passion for brand storytelling and content growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
