The Role
As our Sales & Marketing Rep, you’re the first impression for new clients and the driver of our lead pipeline and local marketing presence. This is a high-initiative role for someone who takes ownership, makes smart decisions independently, and keeps work moving without needing constant direction.
You’ll manage lead intake, schedule and attend site visits, keep everything organized in our system, coordinate marketing and outreach, and represent Wolfpack at networking events and partner meetings.
What You’ll Own
- Lead intake + qualification: Respond to new leads quickly, follow our intake process/script, gather project details, and ensure all info is documented accurately in Buildertrend.
- Site visit coordination: Schedule/confirm weekday site visits, communicate clearly with clients, and capture thorough notes, photos/videos, and scope details.
- Sales workflow management: Move leads through our defined steps, keep follow-ups consistent, and ensure a smooth internal handoff when a lead is ready for estimating/project management.
- Sales → PM handoff quality: Deliver a complete “lead package” with detailed scope, documentation, and client context so the Project Manager/Estimator can execute without chasing missing info.
- Client experience + communication: Confidently lead conversations and meetings with customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors setting expectations and building trust. Handling and keeping track of client selections.
- Marketing + community presence: Coordinate outreach, creating content and posting on our social media, creating flyers/email marketing, work with our photographer/videographer, attend local monthly networking events and stop by businesses to build relationships and referral channels, manage website updates and communication with new leads through out website.
- Financing support: Help customers understand available financing paths and move them toward the next steps.
- Comfort supporting light estimating coordination (especially roofing)
- Stay current on marketing best practices, technology, and process improvements, including practical use of AI tools (including ChatGPT)
- Run drip campaigns and other marketing tools
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (you will drive around Orlando and surrounding cities)
- Prior experience in sales/marketing/client-facing work in construction settings. (Commercial, residential, home services, remodeling, restoration, or similar strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead meetings, build rapport quickly, and communicate professionally with a wide range of people (clients, vendors, subcontractors, leadership)
- Highly organized and detail-driven comfortable documenting clearly and keeping multiple leads moving at once
- Experience representing a company at networking events, trade groups, or community partnerships
- Buildertrend/Procore experience (CRM discipline and daily usage)
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, self-driven, ambitious and people oriented.
