Duties
- Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
- Engage in warm calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up discussions
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Develop new business opportunities through targeted marketing strategies and proactive outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members on business development initiatives and share insights gained from field interactions
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and value propositions
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, or inside sales environments
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections confidently during face-to-face interactions
- Experience in customer service or technical sales roles is a plus
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward business development and achieving sales targets
