Fuel Accounting Analyst

A company is looking for a Managed Services Analyst I - Fuel Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage bulk fuel inventory and deliveries for customers

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Review and process fuel vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments

Required Qualifications

Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or data processing

Knowledge of bulk fuel operations and logistics

Ability to make financial decisions independently within established guidelines

Availability for on-call rotation, including weekends and overnight shifts

Experience in customer service and managing vendor relationships
