A company is looking for a Creative Video Lead to enhance its YouTube channel and optimize video content for growth and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the visual and motion system for video content

Define scalable video formats and understand attention mechanics to improve viewer engagement

Lead the end-to-end video production process and ensure optimization for distribution on various platforms

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in video production, motion design, or editorial video

Strong hands-on experience with interviews, podcasts, and talking-head formats

Proficient in After Effects and experienced in Premiere Pro or CapCut

Ability to think of video as a product and growth channel

Interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 is a plus
