Key Responsibilities

Coordinate complex business travel bookings and manage departmental expenses

Schedule and host meetings, managing reception rooms and catering needs

Oversee office operations, including supply procurement and maintenance requests

Required Qualifications

10+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment

Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook

Hands-on experience with Concur; experience with Coupa is a plus

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Ability to read, write, or speak Japanese is highly preferred but not required
