The successful Group Operations Supervisor / Operations Team Lead / Regional Operations Supervisor will have experience in programming, designing, and engineering control system hardware, specifically with systems such as Delta, Alerton, or KMC controls.

Group Operations Supervisor / Operations Team Lead / Regional Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Construction Operations team.
  • Champion the company’s core values, vision, and long-term operational strategy.
  • Lead efforts in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier operations talent.
  • Oversee the engineering, startup, commissioning, and closeout of assigned projects.
  • Drive departmental initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain overall fiscal responsibility across multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate labor planning and resource allocation for the operations group.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Develop and implement training and mentoring programs.
  • Actively contribute to control system design, programming, and troubleshooting as needed.

Group Operations Supervisor / Operations Team Lead / Regional Operations Supervisor Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of electronics, electrical circuits, and DDC control theory.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and control system programming.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in the building automation or HVAC controls industry.
  • Proven experience in computer programming related to control systems.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
