As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our B2B portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. You will lead sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide valuable market feedback to drive strategic decision-making.

Location: Eustis, FL (Hybrid or Remote Eligible Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage customers and prospects through virtual meetings, calls, and follow-ups
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities using HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate records and forecasts
  • Support lead activation and generation in preparation for industry events and in coordination with the marketing team
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted segments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, support, and resolution of customer needs
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Monitor customer trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
  • Support product launches and campaigns through targeted outreach
  • Comply with training requirements and complete assigned customer engagements on time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field desirable
  • Prior experience in ingredient or B2B sales preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
