Senior Coordinator, Creative Communications
Universal OrlandoJOB SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for supporting content development and daily execution across Universal Creative's internal and external platforms. This includes writing, editing, and publishing content for emails, internal newsletters, intranet pages, digital signage, and social platforms. The role works closely with communications, design, and stakeholder teams to elevate stories about Universal Creative’s culture, innovation, and people through timely, creative, and brand-aligned content. This role also helps coordinate internal communications planning and supports scheduling logistics for content production, interviews, meetings, and team events.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in creating and delivering on-brand content across multiple platforms, including Creative News, Creative Central 365, social media, emails and e-newsletters, and internal digital signage.
- Write and edit copy for social posts, campaign messaging, newsletters, and visual storytelling projects.
- Support the production of content across platforms and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Leverage publishing platforms to promote, schedule and report on all content projects.
- Coordinate asset development with creative partners and manage editorial updates to content calendars.
- Monitor engagement and content performance across internal platforms and social media.
- Curate content, identify trends, and support timely publishing that reflects the voice and culture of Universal Creative.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with communications goals.
- Collaborate with the UC Communications team and other partners to support day-to-day operations, team updates, scheduling logistics, and internal meeting coordination.
- Maintain shared calendars and support planning for key content, team milestones, and collaborative initiatives.
- Monitor shared inbox, respond to internal content and communication requests, and help ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support storytelling efforts tied to internal events, milestones, and broader UDX campaigns.
- Assist with planning and logistics for video/photo shoots, event and post-meeting summaries, and special campaigns.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Experience in content creation for internal and/or external communications
- Strong writing and editing skills preferred.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and content tools, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (degree in Marketing, Journalism, English or Communication is preferred)
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, social media, digital media or digital communications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
