Manager, Technical Entertainment

Manage technical aspects of entertainment venues within assigned parks or event productions to ensure show quality and positive guest experience. Ensure day-to-day technical operation and quality assurance of all entertainment venues within the assigned park including management of employees in each technical discipline.

• Communicate necessary information about entertainment operations to parties outside Entertainment Department, upper management, and employees.
• Appoint appropriate staff for all entertainment venues through interviewing and selecting candidates, scheduling monitoring.
