Role Summary
We are seeking a Florida-based professional to serve as Campus Director strictly for regulatory purposes during a state education review and institutional visit.
This is a time-bound, compliance-focused engagement with no day-to-day operations, ongoing academic management, teaching, or staff oversight responsibilities beyond the regulatory process.

Ability to align quickly with stakeholders and maintain disciplined follow-through.
How this role fits within the organization
This role supports a specific regulatory requirement to enable an institutional review. The engagement is expected to run through July 2026 (with potential extension) and concludes upon completion of the regulatory step. Future operational collaboration may be explored if there is mutual interest.
Responsibilities
Accept formal designation as Campus Director for regulatory purposes in Florida.
Complete and sign required regulatory forms, including Form 211 and Form 402.
Attend a formal meeting with the state education regulator during an applicable window (July, September, or November), alongside the Executive Leadership team.
Ensure completeness and consistency of supporting documentation, evidence, and submissions.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance alignment throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
Required
- Florida residency (Orlando area preferred).
- Master’s or Doctorate in Education.
- Experience in higher education (institutional administration, compliance, quality assurance, or related).
Professional English and Spanish (Portuguese is a differentiating factor) (written and spoken) for documentation and formal meetings.
- Preferred: Experience with U.S. authorization/licensure, accreditation, audits, or institutional regulatory processes.
Prior academic administrative leadership (e.g., campus director, dean, academic affairs, compliance).
