Event Sales Specialist / Demonstrator

Role Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle specified displays, kiosks, or demo stations inside retail environments.
- Organize products appealingly to draw in customers, ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly arranged.
- Engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner to advertise and sell the product.
- Demonstrate products and highlight key features/benefits.
- Carry out additional tasks as required to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Use company-required apps and tools like Vision App for tracking time and submitting sales reports.
- Record sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory usage accurately through mobile applications or reporting tools in real-time.
- Adhere to all store and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene guidelines during events, including handling promotional materials and displays correctly.
- Stay adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, ready to tackle what's next!
Qualifications
- High School diploma or work experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with presentation capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods, frequently squat, bend, and reach. Must regularly lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds.
- Availability for varied schedules, including weekends and evenings, based on event requirements.
- Ability to operate a smartphone supporting Vision App for tracking time, data, and photo reporting, along with any necessary apps for product sales and promotion.
