What You'll Do

• Lead training and professional development for clinical staff
• Oversee the QA/PI (Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement) program
• Partner with Clinical Services leadership, compliance, and regional teams
• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and care standards
• Guide, mentor, and develop clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Lead onboarding and comp'ing of new hires in the field, and supervisory visits

What You Bring

• Active RN or PT license in the state of Florida
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare Home Health & OASIS documentation required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plan of care accuracy, regulations, and training clinicans
• Passion for education, leadership, and clinical excellence
