Assistant Manager for Movie Theater

Touchstar Cinemas, a premier dine-in theater, offers an elevated movie experience with in-seat dining, premium wines, and handcrafted cocktails. We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest service and handle concerns professionally
• Supervise daily operations and maintain proper staffing levels
• Train and motivate staff to follow company standards
• Manage concession and supply inventory, placing orders as needed
• Assist with cash handling, banking, and financial compliance

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Prior management experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred
• Able to work 45-50 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flexible with 10–12 hour shifts, can stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ServSafe certified or able to pass Manager-level test
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (must remain on-site)
• Must pass a Background Check
