The ideal candidate will have knowledge about Jamaican food and plating techniques. Must have the ability to communicate with chefs and servers to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Must be a fast learner with great multi-tasking abilities.

Will assist in maintaining a clean restaurant environment and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Resume and proven working experience as a cook with a minimum of 1 year work experience.

Knowledge of commercial kitchen, cooking skills, time management and kitchen safety.

Applicant must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

License/Certification: Food Handler Certification (or intent to obtain)
