Todd Miner Law is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team.

Location: Orlando, Florida (On-Site)

Full-time | Entry-Level Position

Starting Pay: $16.00/hourly

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our firm, the Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering an excellent first impression. This individual will greet clients, answer calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Provide support for attorneys and staff.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or customer service preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
