The Stubborn Mule is a fun new American restaurant featuring hand crafted mule cocktails, craft cocktails, draft beers, wines and a fun new American food menu. Our food menu sources locally. We partner with local farmers, fisheries and small businesses to create our playful food and cocktail menus."
RusTeak
"Founded in September of 2012, RusTeak has evolved year after year. RusTeak's name is a play on "Rustic" and is our spin-off concept from our original restaurant Teak Neighborhood Grill. RusTeak was created to fill a need in the underserved culinary community of Ocoee Florida and to fill a desire of opening a restaurant to be collectively proud of. A restaurant that can showcase our passion for hospitality, passion for food and of course wine. RusTeak_ evolved _culinarily and spiritually. Spiritually in the cocktail sense. Our cocktail menu has graduated into the realm of craft. Our wine list has evolved into excellence. Winning the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence each year. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient and smooth workflow
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials
- Coordinate banquet and catering events, including menu planning and execution
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar establishment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food production techniques and industry trends
- Familiarity with restaurant software for inventory management and scheduling
