POSITION SUMMARY
The Dealer Group Manager is responsible for developing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand Westlake’s auto finance business. This individual will drive growth by identifying and capturing untapped automotive markets and opportunities, while increasing Westlake’s dealer network.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that also involves consulting with and training key strategic dealer partners to ensure long-term success and strong business performance.
ESSENTAIL DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
- Present Strategic Account Group (SAG) program benefits, guidelines, and services to all levels of management within partner dealerships
- Train dealer partners on new programs, promotions, and our technology
- Meet with non-producing and inactive dealer partners to generate applications
- Develop ongoing relationships with dealer account managers, origination teams, sales managers, and executives within the Westlake organization.
- Develop ongoing relationships with SAG partners including but not limited to the following individuals: Finance directors, Sales managers, Regional finance directors, and executives
- Prepare action plans to be executed daily, weekly, and monthly
- Prepare presentations, reports, and portfolio reviews for all levels of management, partners, and dealerships
- Assist with collecting stipulations and documents to fast-fund dealer partners
- Develop, maintain, update, and understand sales presentations
- This position requires extensive weekly travel throughout the Eastern United States, with a minimum travel commitment of 50%.

- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- This position requires the possession of a valid state driver's license
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is highly preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience
- Outside Sales Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft office: excel, word, power point, and outlook
- Knowledge of Web Applications
- Working knowledge of application submission portals; DealerTrack and RouteOne
COMPENSATION: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 annual range with bonus
- Monthly bonus performance-based compensation package.
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
