Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Pre-School Teachers located in Orlando, FL. Pre-School Teachers will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, developing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. Additionally, teachers will engage with students to promote early childhood development, communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, and ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education principles, child development, and best practices in teaching young children
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff
• Experience with or understanding of infant-Kindergarten-level teaching practices and methods
• CPR
• Certifications in early childhood teaching or relevant areas are advantageous
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
