Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. This role focuses on generating advertising revenue, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow advertising revenue by prospecting and managing new and existing client accounts
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and related documentation
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
