We are looking for a Financial Reporting Professional; This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA or Orlando, FL, with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work may also be considered for eligible Siemens employees.

CF R NAM US is a high-performing accounting governance and financial reporting organization that partners closely with Siemens Lead Country United States (RC‑US) leadership and operating companies. Beyond ensuring accuracy, transparency, and integrity of financial data, we play a critical role in delivering executive‑ready insights that support leadership decision‑making.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of the CF R NAM US PB&MR team and work in close alignment with the Head of CF R NAM and the RC‑US CFO office. You will support Executive and Board reporting and help shape clear, concise, and forward‑looking financial narratives for senior leadership.

You’ll make a difference by

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and executive presentations for the RC‑US CFO and senior leadership.
  • Translating complex financial data and business commentary into clear, compelling, and visually effective management insights.
  • Performing variance analysis for actuals versus forecast, budget, and prior periods.
  • Supporting performance management through KPI analysis, dashboards, and executive‑level metrics.
  • Partnering with Business Finance and Controlling to validate data and align on messaging.
  • Contributing to forecasting and budgeting cycles with executive‑ready materials.

You’ll also drive impact by

  • Enhancing and standardizing reporting tools, templates, and narratives across Siemens US businesses.
  • Streamlining and automating reporting processes and data flows in collaboration with global IT and reporting teams.
  • Leveraging modern financial tools and technologies, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of reporting structures, data sources, and processes.
  • Driving continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and clarity.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications; Level 07

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, finance, financial analysis, or performance controlling.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business performance drivers.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Basic Qualifications- Level 06

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, finance, financial analysis, or performance controlling.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business performance drivers.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a structured and self‑driven approach.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data storytelling and visualization capabilities.
  • Passion for digitalization, automation, and modern financial technologies, including AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong interest in ongoing learning and development.

The pay range for Level 07 is $66,973 – $114,811 and the pay range for Level 06 is $81,753 - $140148 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
