The ideal candidate will excel in financial planning, reporting, and managing key financial processes.Responsibilities:• Direct and manage the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.• Supervise month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.• Oversee cash flow forecasting to maintain financial stability and optimize resource allocation.• Collaborate with banking partners and manage credit lines to support business needs.• Provide leadership to the finance team, including two controllers and staff members in accounts payable and accounts receivable.• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to track organizational performance.• Identify and implement improvements in budget processes to enhance operational efficiency.• Monitor and assess financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.• Support executive decision-making with detailed financial analysis and insights.
