We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing clerical tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring organizational efficiency. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a detail-oriented environment while contributing to a dynamic workplace.Responsibilities:• Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and overseeing basic bookkeeping tasks.• Prepare and distribute invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other official documents.• Organize and retrieve corporate files, records, and reports to ensure seamless access to information.• Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to address inquiries and maintain detail-oriented relationships.• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Yardi to complete administrative tasks efficiently.• Conduct research to support organizational projects and decision-making processes.• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring accurate documentation.• Coordinate correspondence and distribute faxes to ensure timely and clear communication.• Support property management functions by assisting with accounting tasks and vendor communication.• Perform photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties to facilitate daily operations.
