You’ll lead a local team, drive sales, and oversee operations within your market.
On-target earnings: $75K–$90K+ in year one.
At Right Hand Rhino, we provide commercial window cleaning services to restaurants, retail stores, and local businesses.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be leading the team and stepping in to complete work when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales and growth for your local market (B2B, face-to-face)
- Train and manage a team of technicians and sales reps
- We handle recruiting so you can focus on leading and performance
- Oversee scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Step into the field when needed to complete jobs and support your team
- Solve problems quickly and keep operations moving
- Hold your team accountable to performance standards
You’ll be supported with systems, training, and recruiting so you can focus on growing your market and leading your team.
Compensation
- $500/week base pay - Most Location Managers immediately earn above the base through commissions and production pay.
- Additional earnings through sales commissions + production pay
- Monthly + quarterly performance bonuses
