We are evolving from a service-forward model into a medical hair loss care resource and are seeking a strategic communications partner to help align and steward this shift across all public-facing channels.
This is a strategy-led role focused on clarity, restraint, and long-term trust.
The Role
The Brand & Communications Strategist will provide advisory and execution support to ensure RBS Wig Studio's messaging reflects its evolving care model.
This role works closely with leadership and operates in a consultant capacity.
Responsibilities
Guide brand positioning and communications strategy across website, Google Business Profile, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Align messaging with an education-first, non-promotional care philosophy
Establish tone and content guardrails
Advise on sequencing and rollout of updates and pilot initiatives
Review and refine drafted content as needed
Recommend what content should not be published
Ideal Background
Experience in healthcare, medical services, or trust-based industries
Strong writing and editorial judgment
Strategy-first mindset
Comfort working in sensitive, non-commercial contexts
Engagement Details
Independent contractor (hourly)
Estimated 10–20 hours/month
Monthly invoicing
Payment issued on the 3rd business day of the following month
