Responsibilities

• Commitment to superior customer service
• Greet patients, complete check-in and check-out processes
• Check insurance eligibility
• Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, or GED equivalent
• 2 years of experience in Medical related Customer Service
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
