Creative Account Manager (Social Media & Video Production)

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Account Manager who acts like a producer. You will own the client relationship and the creative output. You are the bridge between the client and the camera.

You will be in the field, directing shoots, writing scripts, and ensuring our clients win on social media. You need to be organized, thick-skinned, and creative.

What You Will Do

• Lead from the Front: You aren't just taking orders. You are directing filming sessions, coaching clients on their delivery, and taking charge of the set.
• Extreme Ownership: You manage the client’s success. If a script doesn't land or a shoot runs late, you are the problem solver who fixes it.
• High-Volume Creative: You will research and write "Hook Lists" and scripts constantly. You need to know what is trending today and how to apply it to business niches.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with our internal videographers and editors to ensure the final output matches the client's brand and our quality standards.
• Creative Strategy: Research viral trends and develop "Hook Lists" and detailed scripts tailored to each client's industry. You know exactly what stops the scroll on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• On-Set Direction: Attend filming sessions and act as the Director. You will coach clients on their delivery, body language, and tone to ensure we get the perfect take.

• A Grinder: You have 2–3 years of experience and you are ready to work hard. You understand that agency life is fast and demanding.
• A Director: You are polished enough to command respect from a CEO but fun enough to bring high energy to a shoot. You are comfortable speaking up and directing talent.
• The Eye: You understand the difference between a "pretty video" and a video that performs. You know pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
• A Student of the Game: You are obsessed with social media retention, hooks, and watch time. You don't just watch TikToks; you analyze them.
• Orlando Local: You are boots-on-the-ground in Orlando and have reliable transportation.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience writing scripts or copy for social media video.
• Strong organizational skills (managing multiple client accounts simultaneously).
• Bonus: Familiarity with professional cameras/lighting.
• Bonus: Experience with editing software (Premiere Pro) helps, though you will be working with our dedicated videographers.
