Description

Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500 seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

Executive Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Perform direct administrative support to General Manager along with leadership team by proactively managing team member’s schedules, facilitating conference calls and various meetings
  • Creatively determine ways to streamline the daily tasks for the facility’s leadership team
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and facility business partners to ensure effective and productive communication

Work closely with facility leadership to effectively communicate key information and special projects as directed by the General Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of related experience in an office environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting multiple people with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated, proactive, strong attention to detail and follow-up, proofreading and editing skills
