Substitute Teacher, Special Education

We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic daily or long term substitute teachers / teacher assistants / registered behavior technicians (RBT) to support schools in the Orlando area. What you’ll do

• Implement IEPs: Support and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring that each student’s unique learning needs are met.
• Adapt Curriculum and Methods: Modify lessons, activities, and teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with teaching assistants, other staff, and parents to promote student success.
• Monitor and Assess Progress: Track student performance, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Foster an Inclusive Environment: Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where all students can thrive.

What we’re looking for

• A high school diploma or equivalent (60+ college credits or an associate degree is a plus)
• Experience working with children (at least 1 year preferred)
• ABA experience
• Morning availability (6:00–6:30am start times)
• Professionalism, adaptability, and great communication skills
