We’re hiring a Shift Manager in Orlando, Florida to help lead our team to success and keep the energy high on every shift.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate team members during your shift
• Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures with consistency
• Support training and development of crew members
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Handle cash, inventory, and daily operational tasks
• Step in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• AMAZING PERSONALITY AND SMILING FACES
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on leader who leads by example
• Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends)
• Passion for great food and great service
