Program Structure
Phase 1: Financial Professional Development
Begin by building your foundation as a Financial Professional. You will develop client relationships, gain production experience, and learn the core aspects of the business with comprehensive training and support.
Phase 2: Associate Partner Transition
After meeting specific performance and licensing requirements, you will transition into a six-month Associate Partner training program focused on leadership, recruiting, and team development.
