- 2024 average income for top-performing Financial Professionals exceeded $120,000 (not guaranteed; performance-based).
- Leadership roles (Associate Partner) offer a $60,000–$150,000 salary range plus performance incentives and full benefits.
Compensation
$94,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Work with individuals, families, and small businesses to create customized financial strategies (protection, retirement planning, and wealth-building solutions).
- Build long-term client relationships in the fast-growing Central Florida market.
- Use New York Life’s digital tools and marketing resources to expand your practice.
- Participate in mentorship, study groups, and continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Career changers encouraged to apply — no finance background required.
- Strong people skills, self-discipline, and drive to succeed.
- Experience in teaching, sales, business ownership, management, or community leadership is highly transferable.
