Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Training & Development Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing development for our lead generation team. This role is pivotal in shaping the success of new hires and ensuring they meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for new Brand Ambassadors
• Provide career guidance and leadership development
• Monitor and manage performance against company KPIs
• Travel between offices to conduct training (travel and accommodations covered)
• Work a 5-day schedule, Monday through Saturday

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Comfortable working occasional weekends
