We’re looking for a Commercial Supervisor to provide front-line leadership for our commercial areas, helping guide the team, support operations, and ensure every guest interaction is a great one.

✨ About the Role

The Commercial Supervisor oversees the daily operation of commercial areas while ensuring safe operations, excellent service, and strong team performance.

You’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager and spend most of your time on the floor supporting the team, mentoring staff, and ensuring operational standards are met. This role also includes Manager-on-Duty (SOD) shifts, where you’ll oversee retail, bar, and other operational areas across the attraction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a best-in-class on-the-floor leader, setting the standard for service, safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence within commercial areas.
• Lead and support the Commercial Team to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences while meeting or exceeding KPI, revenue, and Mystery Visit targets.
• Provide training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management to team members, including onboarding, ongoing training, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Support the Commercial Manager with labor planning, scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and operational efficiency across retail and food & beverage locations.
• Serve as Duty Manager (Manager-on-Duty) when scheduled, overseeing operations across departments and ensuring safe and efficient attraction operations.
• Monitor daily operations on the floor, providing real-time support, motivation, and feedback to the team while ensuring proper staffing coverage.
• Manage and resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations while maintaining accurate records and following company procedures.
• Track and report operational metrics, inventory levels, and team performance, supporting operational improvements and business goals.
• Maintain the visual standards, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all assigned commercial areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, inventory processes, and operational systems including MIDAS and Futura.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and staff engagement initiatives, including incentive programs and team briefings that promote collaboration and performance.

🌟 Qualifications

• High school or GED required. College degree preferred
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a retail or food & beverage environment, visitor attraction or retail outlet
• A career-oriented individual with a background in leading teams in the hospitality or attractions industry
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory/sales auditing
