Senior Associate, Finance and Accounting

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of financial and operational outcomes against forecasts and plans.
- Investigate significant variances and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Oversee month-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and associated analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc support as required.
- Demonstrate KPMG's core values by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability in every interaction.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a professional services firm.
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution; CPA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SAP/HANA, and Oracle.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
