Business Development Manager : Accounting and Finance Industry (CPA Preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Influencer Marketing and Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, developing partnerships, and representing our company at events and tradeshows. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on our company's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencer Marketing

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Create relevant content on a daily basis to post on social media.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Business Development

• Research and identify potential partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, and other organizations.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our company, products, and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to further pursue opportunities.

Events and Tradeshows

• Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote our brand and offerings.
• Network with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners to generate leads and build relationships.
• Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, business development, tele-calling, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Availability to travel for events and tradeshows twice a month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
