Our faculty plays a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment and supporting the personal and educational development of every child in our care. As a Teacher, you’ll guide children’s growth, implement customized lesson plans, and partner closely with families to deliver meaningful learning experiences. Candidates interested in joining us should possess:

  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent customer service skills
  • Either current state qualifications for teaching roles or a strong motivation to complete these requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or a willingness to obtain these credentials
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in outdoor and indoor classroom activities
  • Comfort and enthusiasm working at a child’s level for supervision, safety, and engagement
  • Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with children, families, and colleagues

Your daily duties will involve

  • Creating and teaching interactive lessons based on our established curriculum
  • Maintaining a safe and encouraging classroom atmosphere
  • Developing trusted partnerships with parents to support their children’s success
  • Working alongside teachers, center leadership, and community contacts to drive high standards in enrollments, accreditation, and family engagement
  • Networking with regulatory agencies, resource partners, and corporate teams to foster strong connections within and beyond our centers
