KeyStaff is currently hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team with Orange County FL. The ideal candidate will need to have customer service skills, highly organized and attention to detail due that this would be a front desk position and you will be interacting with clients, vendors and team of the department.

Overview

  • Provide excellent customer service to county employees and the public, always ensuring professional and courteous experience.
  • Effectively handle difficult or challenging clients with patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel to manage communications, documentation, and data efficiently.
  • Serve as an information resource for county employees and members of the public by providing accurate guidance on routine policies, procedures, and services.
  • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette in all incoming and outgoing calls.

Pay Rate: $19.91 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Start: As soon as possible.
