Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Christian Learning Center Director to lead and inspire our faith-based educational hub. This pivotal role involves overseeing the strategic direction, daily operations, and overall management of the learning center. You will foster a dynamic environment that promotes academic excellence, innovative teaching practices, and student success, all grounded in Christian values. As a leader committed to education administration and management, you will ensure the center operates efficiently while aligning with institutional goals and our faith-based mission. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the learning center’s offerings, growth, and reputation
- Manage the center’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff including educators, administrative personnel, and support teams to foster a collaborative work environment
- Oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, and teaching standards to ensure high-quality educational experiences
- Coordinate with university departments to align programs with academic policies and accreditation requirements
- Monitor student engagement, retention rates, and program outcomes to continuously improve service delivery
- Promote a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the learning community
Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration or management within a university or similar academic setting
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders effectively
- Extensive knowledge of teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment strategies
- Experience in managing educational programs or centers with a focus on student success
- Excellent communication skills to engage with students, staff, faculty, and external partners
- A passion for education with a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,400.00 - $120,000.00 per year
