Job Summary

This Branch Operations Supervisor role reports to the Cherry Hill, NJ branch and involves direct management of Account Team staff.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience, 3+ years of leadership experience, and all required active licenses. They should possess outstanding communication and people management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Manage Account Management staff, monitor performance, and provide coaching
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies
  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards
  • Manage staff days off calendars for service continuity
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and recommend adjustments
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver performance evaluations
  • Provide coaching, consultation, and training
  • Encourage growth and development of personnel
  • Develop future branch operations leaders
