We are looking for a hospitality professional with at least two years of front desk or guest services experience, ideally in a supervisory role. Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in hotel management systems. If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced settings, you could be the perfect fit to ensure smooth front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility in availability, a professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Schedule: Overnight shifts between 10 PM - 6:30 AM, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $22.49 per hour plus monthly sales incentives!

Your Role

  • Supervise team member performance and assign work related to all front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, lobby traffic management, luggage assistance, and more.
  • Respond to guest inquiries swiftly, resolving issues and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Support team members in handling guest requests and complaints, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Schedule and assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training to team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate team member performance effectively.
  • Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic and operational needs.
