Specialist Online Marketing
Hilton Grand VacationsThe Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Online Marketing Managers. The primary focus of this role will be website content management, such as loading accurate room type information and images, and assisting with the website build process. They will aim to optimize our property websites to enhance user experience, drive bookings, and effectively showcase each property. Other responsibilities include assisting with the Rental Sales inbox, optimizing special offers, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Maintain and update content on brand.com, completing audits as needed
- Ensure images, room type and amenity information are accurate and align with brand standards and overall business objectives
- Communicate with property, inventory, and revenue teams to gather accurate content and updates
- Assist with compiling property information and submitting tickets for new hotel builds and conversions
- Submit tickets through content management system and review updates after completion to ensure correctness
- Assist Rental Marketing Specialist with forwarding emails from Rental Sales inbox
- Update marketing campaign performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Create ad copy and tracking for property special offers as needed
- Attend monthly webinars and review weekly newsletters to learn new marketing and website opportunities
- Assist the management team in all requested job duties, ad hoc projects, and events

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality environment or similar
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work within defined guidelines
- Basic to intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
- Work in a data-driven environment
In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- 1 year of experience in website management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Working knowledge of Hilton systems, specifically OnQ PiM and Content Gateway
