Creative Marketing Assistant (Design, Social Media & Events)

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $15-$17 per hour

Schedule: Full-time

We are looking for a creative and motivated Creative Marketing Assistant to help produce marketing content, support events, and assist with day-to-day operations.

This role is perfect for someone early in their design, marketing, or digital media career who wants real-world experience working on creative projects, social media, and experiential marketing.

You’ll work directly with leadership to execute marketing ideas, develop content, and help bring creative projects to life while also supporting administrative operations.

What You’ll Create

• Social media graphics and content
• Marketing visuals using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Event promotion materials
• Website updates and digital listings
• Visual content for promotions and experiences
• Assist with 3D renderings or concept visuals

Marketing & Creative Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation and scheduled postings
• Design simple graphics and visual content
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials
• Update Eventbrite and other event listings
• Assist with updating website content
• Organize digital marketing assets

Administrative & Operations Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
• Welcome guests arriving at the space
• Assist with email responses and customer communication
• Assist with fulfillment and logistics of incoming and outgoing products and orders
• Help with packaging, shipping, and inventory organization
• Support ordering supplies and maintaining workspace organization

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong visual and design sensibility
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Organized and able to multitask
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
