This Position Will Support Our Event & Exhibit Services Team. The Position Follows An In-person Schedule Working Full-time In-office And/or Show-site Based Out Of

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, accident-free, and healthy work environment.
- Applies experience and knowledge to implement and monitor Freeman’s Safety Program in compliance with standards set by the Company as well as federal, state, city, and local requirements.
- Assists in the hiring, training, and supervision of Safety Field Operations team for assigned Freeman location.
- Parnters / Collaborates with General Managers, and Branch Management teams on driving incident/accident/injury prevention(pre-loss & post-loss).
- Supports events produced by Freeman personnel at various venues (within the assigned location) to drive pre-loss prevention by identifying physical or behavioral hazards. Recommends corrective actions or prevention measures where needed.
- Participates in post-loss prevention investigations of incidents, accidents, and injuries. Manages the associated internal and external documentation of those losses.
- Investigates accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
- Studies and analyzes data produced from pre and post loss activites (investigations and/or assessments) to share with key leaders wthin the assigned location to drive prevention efforts.
- Colloborates with personnel from all departments and their key leaders to communicate ongoing safety concerns, training needs, and participation in Freeman’s Safety program.
- Assists in the moderation of meetings with key leaders to review ongoing safety issues and pre/post loss prevention efforts.
- Works with their manager and Freeman’s insurance carrier to cut down on injured employee lost time including the utilization of Freeman’s Return to Work program.
- Ensures DOT compliancy for commercial and non-commercial driver qualificaiton at assigned location.
- Represents Freeman in the community and/or in industry safety groups.
- Ensures compliancy in maintaining safety files and records at assigned location.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of education and experience in similar field.
- 1+ years of experience using specific policy guidelines to independently determine methods, work sequence, scheduling and how to achieve objectives of assignments.
- Has a general understanding of loss control practices within the industry.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulation and other work related legislation.
Travel Requirements
Travel 25% to 50%

- Hiring range of $63,000 - $80,000 based upon experience. This position also qualifies for an Annual Incentive Bonus (AIP)
